User Agreement Terms & Conditions
Daydreaming.com, (“Daydreaming.com”, “we” or “us”) owns and operates this website and provides the services on this website subject to your compliance with the terms and conditions set forth herein (this “User Agreement”). We encourage you to read this User Agreement with great care in order to participate with us in the development of a quality service. Please note that if you are under 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is older, you must also obtain the consent of a parent or legal guardian to enter into this User Agreement, and “you” or “your”, as used herein, shall also include your parent or legal guardian. In addition, you should carefully read our Privacy Policy before deciding to become a User of Daydreaming.com’s products or services. Please note that certain information, statements, data and content that you may choose to provide us and/or share with third parties might reveal other information you desire not to reveal about yourself, and that you are providing all such information, statements, data and content in full acknowledgment thereof and under your sole responsibility. By providing such information to us or sharing it with third parties, all of which is optional, you are hereby expressly giving your informed consent to the processing by us of such “sensitive” data.
By accessing, viewing, downloading or otherwise using this website or any webpage or feature available through Daydreaming.com, any information provided as part of the Daydreaming.com services, or any related emails, newsletters or services, you acknowledge and agree that you have read and understand these terms and conditions and that you agree to follow and be bound by this User Agreement, including Section 5 in particular, and to become a Daydreaming.com user (“User”). If you do not want to become a User, do NOT click “Join Daydreaming.com,” and do not access, view, download or otherwise use any Daydreaming.com webpage, information or services.
Daydreaming.com Services. The purpose of Daydreaming.com is to communicate with other Users, share content, view content and interact with Daydreaming.com partners. Any other use of Daydreaming.com (such as seeking to connect to someone a User does not know or to use Daydreaming.com as a means of generating revenue through the sale of contacts or information to others) is strictly prohibited and is a violation of this User Agreement.
Provided that you comply with all your obligations under this User Agreement, we grant you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, non-assignable, non-sublicenseable right to access, through a generally available web browser (but not any scraping, spidering, crawling or other technology or specialist software used to harvest data) to view information that we provide on Daydreaming.com webpages as we intend such information to be used, and only in accordance with this User Agreement and any specific terms of use that we make available to you. We grant you no other rights, implied or otherwise. Daydreaming.com permits you to access this website as it may exist and be available from time to time. We have no other obligations, except as expressly stated in this User Agreement. We may modify, replace, refuse access to, suspend or discontinue Daydreaming.com, partially or entirely, or charge and modify prices for Daydreaming.com services at any time in our sole discretion. All of these changes shall be effective upon their posting on our website or by email communication to you. We reserve all rights not expressly granted herein, including, without limitation, title, ownership, intellectual property rights, and all other rights and interest in Daydreaming.com and all related items.
Daydreaming.com may limit the number of connections you may have to other Users and prohibit you from contacting other Users through use of Daydreaming.com’s services. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other Users and third parties who utilize Daydreaming.com’s services. We reserve the right, but we have no obligation, to monitor disputes between you and other Users or third parties who you grant access to your profile or who utilize our services and to terminate your account if we determine, in our sole discretion, that doing so is prudent.
Website Content; Intellectual Property Rights: All content and materials included or made available on or through this website and each individual page of this website, including site design, text, graphics, interfaces and the organization, layout and arrangements thereof, is the property of Daydreaming.com and/or third party affiliates or licensors and is protected by the U.S. and international copyright, trademark and other applicable intellectual property laws. As between Daydreaming.com and you, Daydreaming.com is the sole owner of all such content and materials, including without limitation, all applicable U.S. and non-U.S. copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets and other intellectual property rights. You are hereby granted permission to electronically copy and to print hard copy portions of this website and emails for your personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any other use of materials on this website or the email services, including reproduction for purposes other than those noted above, modification, distribution or republication, any form of data extraction or data mining, or other commercial exploitation of any kind, without prior written permission of Daydreaming.com, is strictly prohibited. All title and intellectual property rights in and to the content of any third party website is the property of the respective content owner and may be protected by applicable copyright or other intellectual property laws and treaties. You acknowledge that you do not acquire any ownership rights by downloading or printing any content or materials from this website, or by using this website.
You acknowledge that third party product and service providers may advertise their products and services on this website. Daydreaming.com may form “partnerships” or alliances with some of these vendors from time to time in order to facilitate the provision of these products and services to you. However, you acknowledge and agree that at no time is Daydreaming.com making any representation or warranty regarding any third party’s products or services, nor will Daydreaming.com be liable to you or any third party for any claims arising from or in connection with such third party products and services. You hereby disclaim and waive any rights and claims you may have against Daydreaming.com with respect to third party products and services, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Third Party Websites: Daydreaming.com’s website and email services may include or automatically produce links to other websites on the Internet that are owned and operated by other third parties. Linked websites are not reviewed, controlled or examined by Daydreaming.com in any way, and Daydreaming.com disclaims any responsibility for the content of any third party materials provided through or on this website or other services. You acknowledge that Daydreaming.com is not responsible for the availability of, or the content located on or through, any third-party website. You should contact the site administrator or webmaster for a third-party website if you have any concerns regarding such a link or the content located on such other website. If you decide to leave Daydreaming.com and access a third party website or to use or install any third party applications, software or content, you do so at your own risk and you should be aware that your use of the third-party website is subject to the terms of use and privacy policies of such other website. Email Transmissions: When you send Daydreaming.com an electronic mail transmission, the electronic mail transmission is not necessarily secure and is not encrypted. Accordingly, email transmissions are not necessarily protected from unauthorized access. Transmission of email is at your own risk. Daydreaming.com cannot accept responsibility for your transmission of confidential information or any obligation with respect to that information not submitted over a secure server.
User Representations, Warranties and Obligations: You represent and warrant that you (a) are not under the age of 13; (b) have not previously been suspended or removed as a User by Daydreaming.com; and (c) that you have full power and authority to enter into this User Agreement and in doing so will not violate any other agreement to which you are a party. If you subscribe to any services that we offer for a charge, you agree to pay the applicable fees (including, without limitation, monthly fees for premium accounts) as they become due plus all related taxes and reimburse us for any collection costs and interest for any overdue amounts.
This website and the Daydreaming.com services are not intended for children under the age of 13, Daydreaming.com does not target its activities or this website to children under 13, and Daydreaming.com does not knowingly accept, collect, maintain or use personal information regarding children under the age of 13 on this website. In accordance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 2000, if you are under the age of 13, personal information cannot be collected from you and thus you are prohibited from creating a Daydreaming.com account. If we learn that anyone under the age of 13 has created a Daydreaming.com account, we will terminate such account and subsequently delete any personal information submitted to us. If a parent or legal guardian of a child discovers that their child under the age of 13 has provided us with personally identifiable information and would like Daydreaming.com to stop collecting such information regarding their child, or have the child's personal information deleted from our database records, they should contact Daydreaming.com Customer Support via email at support@daydreaming.com.com. We will review, update, or remove the child's information as requested within a reasonable time. If you are over the age of 13, but still considered a minor under the law of the relevant state, you must review this User Agreement as well as our Privacy Policy with your parent(s) or legal guardian(s) to ensure they understand and agree to them. We strongly encourage parents or legal guardians to be positive and active role models to their children and spend time together with their children online, familiarizing themselves with Daydreaming.com’s services and overseeing any communication between their children and any other Internet users. It is strongly suggested that parents or legal guardians educate their children about online conduct, specifically including but not limited to, never revealing, distributing, or otherwise communicating their personal identifying information such as real names, images, addresses, or phone numbers without parental or guardian permission when using the Internet.
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and anything that happens through your account until you notify us of a breach (support@daydreaming.com.com), close down your account or prove that your account security was compromised due to a fault of our systems. Daydreaming.com offers Users the Daydreaming.com services solely for your own personal and non-commercial use. You are prohibited from using other Users’ accounts, letting others use your account, impersonating third parties or creating multiple accounts. In addition, you are prohibited from selling, trading, making any commercial use of, or otherwise transferring your Daydreaming.com account or any information therein to another party or charging anyone for access to any portion of Daydreaming.com or any information therein.
Prior to creating a User profile, you must consider and decide, yourself, the extent to which you wish to reveal information about yourself to the large community of Daydreaming.com Users and other consumers of the information available on Daydreaming.com’s website, as well as to Daydreaming.com itself, and you should not communicate or reveal any information the dissemination of which could be harmful to you. While User Profile Summaries are publicly available and may be viewed by anyone, you will have significant control over any additional information you reveal about yourself to third parties, so you should exercise caution in doing so.
You do not have to submit any information to us and can simply choose not to utilize our services, but if you choose to submit information (including any generated content, ideas, concepts, techniques or other data), you represent and warrant that such is not in violation of any contractual restrictions or other third party rights. By submitting any information to us, you also must grant, and you actually grant to us by entering into this User Agreement, a nonexclusive, irrevocable, worldwide, perpetual, unlimited, assignable, sublicenseable, fully paid up and royalty-free right to copy, prepare derivative works of, improve, distribute, publish, remove, retain, add, and use and commercialize, in any way now known or in the future discovered, anything that you submit to us, without any further consent, notice and/or compensation to you or to any third parties. In addition, we always appreciate your feedback or other suggestions about Daydreaming.com, but you understand that we may use them without any obligation to compensate you for them (just as you have no obligation to offer them).
You acknowledge and agree that we may send you important information and notices regarding Daydreaming.com products and services by email or through other means, including mobile or other hand held devices. You acknowledge and agree that we shall have no liability associated with or arising from your failure to maintain accurate contact or other information, including, but not limited to, your failure to receive critical information about our services. You also acknowledge, consent and agree that we may access, preserve, and disclose your registration and any other information you provide if required to do so by law or in a good faith belief that such access preservation or disclosure is reasonably necessary to: (a) comply with legal process; (b) enforce this User Agreement; (c) respond to claims of a violation of the rights of third parties; (d) respond to your requests for customer service; or (e) protect the rights, property, or personal safety of Daydreaming.com, Daydreaming.com’s affiliates, its Users and the public.
Additional miscellaneous User restrictions are set forth in Section 13 below. If you believe that you are entitled or obligated to act contrary to this User Agreement under any applicable laws, you agree to provide us with detailed, 30 days’ prior written notice before you act contrary to this User Agreement, to allow us to assess whether we may, at our sole discretion, provide an alternative remedy for the situation.
Disclaimer of Warranties: This website, including all information, services, products and materials contained on this website or available through our other services, including, without limitation, all text, graphics and links, is provided on an “AS-IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, with no representations or warranties, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, as well as representations and warranties of title, and implied warranties arising from course of dealing or course of performance. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Daydreaming.com disclaims all such representations and warranties.
Furthermore, Daydreaming.com cannot guaranty that this website will be safe or secure from computer viruses and other operating problems. You assume complete responsibility and risk for use of this website and any and all site-related services. If you are dissatisfied or harmed by Daydreaming.com or any of the services, you may cease using Daydreaming.com’s services and terminate this User Agreement as provided in Section 11 below and such termination shall be your sole and exclusive remedy.
In addition, Daydreaming.com does not represent or warrant that the data or other information accessible via this website, Daydreaming.com email or other Daydreaming.com services is accurate, complete or current, and Daydreaming.com shall not be liable or responsible for any erroneous information made available via this website or through our other Daydreaming.com services.
Limited Liability: Daydreaming.com shall not be held responsible or liable for any actions taken, either wholly or in part, based on the information provided on this website. In no event shall Daydreaming.com, or any of its employees, officers, members, managers, agents, representatives or affiliates (collectively, the “Daydreaming.com Parties”), be liable, whether in an action under contract, negligence or any other theory, arising out of or in connection with the use, inability to use, or performance of the information, services, products and materials available from this website or through Daydreaming.com’s other services in an amount greater than (i) the dollar amount you have paid Daydreaming.com in the past twelve months or (ii) one hundred dollars ($100). By using the services on this website, you agree that this is a fair allocation of risk based upon the manner and cost by which Daydreaming.com’s services are provided to you, and taking into account your ability to take other measures or consult other resources in connection with purchasing services online. Furthermore, neither Daydreaming.com, nor any of its employees, officers, members, managers, agents, representatives or affiliates, shall be responsible or liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive or other damages, or ANY lost or imputed profits or royalties, arising out of or relating in any way to this website, site-related services and/or content or information contained within the website, or any goods or services provided, whether liability is asserted in contract, tort or any other theory, and irrespective of whether Daydreaming.com has been advised of the possibility of any such loss or damage.
Indemnification: By using this website or any other Daydreaming.com services, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold the Daydreaming.com Parties harmless from any and all claims, liabilities, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising in any way from your use or misuse of this website or such services, the uploading, posting, publishing, e-mailing, reproduction, distribution or transmission of any data or other information by you or users authorized by you, or any violation of this User Agreement by you. Daydreaming.com reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which event you will cooperate with Daydreaming.com in asserting any available defense.
Changes to Terms and Conditions: Daydreaming.com, in its sole discretion, may choose to modify, supplement or change the terms, conditions and operation of this website at anytime and without advance notice. Please check this User Agreement periodically for revisions and updates. Your continued use of this website after the posting of changes to this User Agreement constitutes acceptance of those changes. If you do not want to agree to changes to this User Agreement, you can terminate this User Agreement at any time per Section 10 below.
Termination: You may terminate this User Agreement, for any or no cause, at any time, with notice to Daydreaming.com which shall be effective upon Daydreaming.com processing such notice. Daydreaming.com may terminate this User Agreement for any or no cause, at any time, with or without notice, which shall be effective immediately or as may be specified in the notice. Termination of your Daydreaming.com account includes disabling your access to Daydreaming.com (including any data or other information you submitted or Sources or other third parties submitted) and may also bar you from any future use of Daydreaming.com. In addition, and without limiting the foregoing, Daydreaming.com may at its sole discretion limit your access to the Daydreaming.com services and/or terminate your membership if your account is inactive for more than 12 months or if you fail to comply with any provision of this User Agreement, including any of your representations, warranties or obligations set forth in Section 5 above. Upon termination for any reason, you will lose access to Daydreaming.com. Sections 2, 3, 6, 7, 8, 11 and 14 shall survive any termination of this User Agreement.
Governing Law and Resolution of Disputes: The Daydreaming.com website and other services are operated and provided in the State of California in the United States of America. Daydreaming.com is therefore subject to the laws of the State of California, and the laws of the State of California will govern this User Agreement, without giving effect to any choice of law rules or the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Daydreaming.com makes no representation that this website or other services are appropriate, legal or available for use in other jurisdictions. Accordingly, if you choose to access this website or other services, you agree to do so subject to the internal laws of the State of California. You are in the best position to know whether your use of this website or other services may be prohibited or restricted by local laws in your location, and therefore you are responsible for compliance with any such laws. In addition, by using this website or any of its services, you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the State of California and federal courts having jurisdiction in the City and County of San Francisco, State of California, and you waive any jurisdictional, venue or inconvenient forum objections to such courts. Any Disputes shall be resolved by final and binding arbitration under the rules and auspices of the American Arbitration Association, to be held in San Francisco, California, in English, with a written decision stating and legal reasoning issued by the arbitrator(s) at either party’s request, and with arbitration fees and reasonable attorneys’ fees of both parties to be borne by the party that ultimately loses. Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may obtain injunctive relief (preliminary or permanent) and orders to compel arbitration or enforce arbitral awards in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Notices: We may notify you via postings on www.daydreaming.com, and via email or any other communications means to contact information you provide to us. You may also notify us at support@daydreaming.com.com.
Additional User Restrictions: In addition to the other restrictions set forth in this User Agreement in connection with your use of this website and the Daydreaming.com services, you agree not to upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available or initiate any data or other information that: (i) you do not have a legal right to transmit (such as a proprietary and confidential information learned or disclosed as part of employment relationships or under nondisclosure agreements) any content that infringes any patent trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of any party; (ii) is unlawful, libelous, abusive, obscene, pornographic, vulgar, discriminatory or otherwise objectionable in our sole judgment; (iii) includes any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, “junk mail,” “spam,” “chain letters,” “pyramid schemes,” or any other form of solicitation; (iv) contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs that interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment of Daydreaming.com or any User of Daydreaming.com; and/or (v) forges headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any communication transmitted through the Services.
Furthermore, you agree not to take any of the following actions: (i) reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, decipher or otherwise attempt to derive the source code for any underlying intellectual property used to provide Daydreaming.com, or any part thereof; (ii) adapt, modify or create derivative works based on Daydreaming.com or technology underlying the Daydreaming.com services, or other Users’ content, in whole or part; (iii) deep-link to this website for any purpose, unless expressly authorized in writing by Daydreaming.com; (iv) use manual or automated software, devices, scripts robots, other means or processes to access, “scrape,” “crawl” or “spider” any web pages contained within our website; (v) engage in “framing,” “mirroring,” or otherwise simulating the appearance or function of this website; (vi) attempt to or actually access Daydreaming.com by any means other than through the interface provided by Daydreaming.com; (vii) attempt to or actually override any security component included in or underlying Daydreaming.com; (viii) engage in any action that interferes with the proper working of or places an unreasonable load on our infrastructure, including but not limited to unsolicited communications, attempts to gain unauthorized access, or transmission or activation of computer viruses; (ix) remove any copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights notices contained in or on this website, including those of both Daydreaming.com or any of its licensors; (x) remove, cover or otherwise obscure any form of advertisement included as part of this website; (xi) use any information obtained from Daydreaming.com to harass, abuse or harm another person; (xii) collect, use or transfer any information, including but not limited to, personally identifiable information obtained from Daydreaming.com, except as expressly permitted in this User Agreement or the owner of such information may expressly permit; (xiii) interfere with or disrupt Daydreaming.com, including but not limited to any servers or networks connected to Daydreaming.com, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected to Daydreaming.com; or (xiv) infringe or use Daydreaming.com’s brand, logos and/or trademarks, including, without limitation, using the word “Daydreaming.com” in any business name, email, or URL or including Daydreaming.com’s trademarks and logos on any website without authorization.
Other Miscellaneous Terms: This User Agreement is the entire agreement and understanding between us regarding the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, or whether established by custom, practice, policy or precedent, with respect to the subject matter of this User Agreement. If any provision of this User Agreement shall be unlawful, void or unenforceable for any reason, the other provisions shall not be affected thereby and shall remain valid and enforceable to the maximum permissible extent. You agree that this User Agreement and any other agreements referenced herein may be assigned by Daydreaming.com in its sole discretion to a third party in the event of the acquisition of Daydreaming.com or its business by such third party, whether by merger, consolidation or otherwise. This User Agreement shall apply in addition to, and shall not be superseded by, any other written agreement between us relating to your participation in any other program or service offered by Daydreaming.com.
Abusing Daydreaming.com: Daydreaming.com’s services can only work properly if utilized as intended. If you believe that any third party is violating the terms of this User Agreement or otherwise undermining the effectiveness of the Daydreaming.com services, we encourage you to report such violations or other actions to us at abuse@Daydreaming.com.

This privacy policy is effective as of October 26th, 2016. Daydreaming.com, (“Daydreaming.com”, “we” or “us”) reserves the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. If we make any material changes to this privacy policy, we will notify you here, by email or by placing a notice on our home page. By continuing to use Daydreaming.com’s services after notice of any changes to our privacy policy have been sent to you or published on our website, www.daydreaming.com, hereafter referred to as the “Site”, you are consenting to any such changes. Daydreaming.com works hard to earn your trust and it is very important to us that we keep it. We adhere to the following principles to protect your privacy:
- Without your agreement, we will not share, rent or sell any personal information with third parties in any way other than what is disclosed in this privacy policy.
- We do not share your contact information with other users of the Site or our services without your consent.

Information We Gather.
Our services are designed to permit users to voluntarily provide information about themselves. If you have any hesitation about providing such information to us and/or having such information displayed or otherwise used in any manner permitted in this privacy policy and our User Agreement, you should not provide such information. Daydreaming.com is not responsible for any adverse consequences you may suffer as a result of your voluntary sharing of personal information on the Site or through our services.
We gather information in the following ways:
Information you provide. When you install our application on Facebook or signup for other Daydreaming.com services or promotions that require registration, we may receive from Facebook or ask you for personal information (such as your name, email address and an account password). Please note that if you are accessing our application through Facebook, you can control how you share information with us and limit how your friends share your information with applications through your Facebook application and privacy settings.
Third party contact information. In order to invite others to become a member of Daydreaming.com, you may enter their names and email addresses. This information will be used by us to send your invitation including a message that you write. The names and email addresses of people that you invite will be used only to send your invitation and reminders.
Information we gather automatically. Daydreaming.com collects other information about you that does not personally identify you as an individual. For example, when you visit the Site, we automatically receive the URL of the website that you arrived from as well as the website that you move to when you leave. We also receive the Internet protocol (IP) address of your computer (or the proxy server you use to access the World Wide Web), your computer operating system and type of web browser you are using, email patterns, as well as the name of your ISP. We may use this information to analyze overall trends to help us improve the services provided by Daydreaming.com. The linkage between your IP address and your personally identifiable information is not shared with third-parties without your permission or except when required by law. However, we can and will use IP addresses to identify a user when we, in our sole discretion, determine that it is necessary to enforce compliance with our User Agreement or to protect our service, Site, customers or others.
Cookies. As with most websites, Daydreaming.com uses cookies and web log files to track site usage. Cookies are very small data files that we place on your computer which allows the Site to recognize you as a user when you return to the website using the same computer and web browser. You can always set your browser settings to disallow cookies, but please note that if you do so, your user experience with the Site is likely to be adversely affected. Like the information you enter at registration or in your user profile, cookie and log file data is used to customize your experience on the Site. The Site uses both “persistent” and “session” cookies. A persistent cookie is used to aid your user experience between sessions. A cookie of this type enables us to recognize you as an existing user so you will not need to log in before using the service. However, before you are able to access or change any of your private information, modify your profile by adding new website information or sending a message through the application you will need to log in securely again with your password even if your computer contains your persistent cookie. How We Use Information
To manage our services. We use personal information we collect to provide our services and features to you, to measure and improve those services and features, and to provide you with customer support. Surveys and polls. As a user, you may receive requests to participate in market research, including polls and surveys submitted by Daydreaming.com, authorized third-parties and other members. If you participate in surveys and polls offered through the Site, the information you provide may be visible to others using the Site. You may opt-out of participating by editing your account profile to stop receiving these inquiries and requests.
Email Advertising. Although we do not currently support email advertising on the Site, we may in the future send you email communications including information that we think may be of interest to you. You may opt out of receiving these email communications either when you register to create a Daydreaming.com profile on the Site or via the preferences section of your Daydreaming.com area. Even if we do allow advertising on the Site in the future, we will not send any of your personal information to our advertisers.
Information We May Share with Others.
Email to third parties feature. Daydreaming.com encourages you to easily send third parties emails inviting them to view your Daydreaming.com profile or to create their own. If you use either feature, please note that the email address provided by you for the third party will only be used on a one-time basis to send the invitation. We may also use your email address to copy you on the message or to send on your behalf.
To help improve or promote our service. We may share aggregated anonymous information with third parties to help improve or promote our services. But we will only do so in such a way that no individual user can be identified or linked to any specific action or information.
To provide you with our services. We may provide information to service providers that help us bring you the services we offer. For example, we may use third parties to help host our website, send out email updates about Daydreaming.com, remove repetitive information from our user lists, process payments, or provide search results or links (including sponsored links). Risks inherent in sharing information. Please note that Daydreaming.com’s services currently do not enable users to set privacy options that limit access to their information. If you are accessing our services through a SNS or some other website, any privacy options you create will be through the third party SNS or site. Even if the third party allows you to set privacy options that limit access to your information, please be aware that no security measures are perfect or impenetrable. We cannot control the actions of other users with whom you share your information. We cannot guarantee that only authorized persons will view your information. We cannot ensure that information you share on the Site or through our services will not become publicly available. We are not responsible for third party circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures on our Site or any third party SNS or other website. You can reduce these risks by using common sense security practices such as choosing a strong password, using different passwords for different services, and using up to date antivirus software.
Processing of personal information. Please note that your personal information may be processed by Daydreaming.com in the country where it was collected, as well as other countries (including the United States) where laws regarding processing of personal information may be less stringent than the laws in your country.
